This sucks. It's taken me half a door to figure out how to do this in a half way decent manner At least I started with the passenger side. You have be way too patient for my taste. These little things help also.

I’ve decided that I’ve got too many irons in the fire, I have quite a slew of City Racer new parts in box as well as the new Vintage Air electric controls A/C and the 74 FST truck, have all the replacement rubber for the hardtop doors and gates, new dash new bezel with Toyota logo in it, new radiator, new complete thermostat housing, dual diaphragm booster, emblems shift boot, shift knob, carb etc, my 74 is a power assist disc brake Webber converted truck with a non working older Vintage Air, it’s a driver that needs a carburetor

So is that a cryptic 40 for sale post?
Pm me some details, dollars, pics when you can.

Yes, I’d say that’s a soft-sell post for my FJ40L, I’ve got a good $14,500 in the truck now and ~6k in new parts, rehabbing two 80s now and was saving the 40 until they are running but it’s in the way, I need the garage space

Truck is solid and has a slew of new parts. Is a true FST that had a hard top installed sometime during its life. Drop down tailgate is probably the most solid specimen I’ve seen.

I have normally enjoyed almost every project that I've done when working on the Cruiser. But putting this weatherstripping on has been like pulling teeth. If this was a freshly painted truck with all pretty doors I would probably have killed someone by now.
