my buddy says i could make a lot of money if i brought a plasti dip vending machine to a 100 series gathering. he's just mad cause he has an 80 and isn't invited but it is funny

Pot Luck List:

I can bring some potato salad. It's the mustard type served cold.

Okay, no potato salad. I am trying to figure out what I can bring....potato salad isn't really my thing. I was going ask my mom to make it!

You don't HAVE to bring anything. Again, we're not in the Outback. The Ridgway mountain market is 15-20 minutes away. Anyone can stop there any grab a veggie tray, fruit tray, box of rice krispy treats.....They even have hot foods....

Ignore the previous thread...fat fingers.

Aaronrules...if you'll bring corn chips I'll make fresh guac. Or, I'll bring both.

Oaky, put me down for chips...corn, tortilla, and potato chips. And Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat beer. It's in a bottle that requires a bottle opener, so it's it super fancy and awesome! It's brewed in Kansas City, no idea if it makes that far west or not...either way it's awesome! Maybe we can do a local brewery swap or something? Boulevard is the best that I know of around here. There is a more local one. Maybe Park Soda or Blackwater can bring something from the local place in Northwest Arkansas?

If anyone needs help with their ham radios or CB radios I know a thing or two about radios. If I have time, I'll setup my portable 30ft antenna mast for a 20/40 meter dipole and talk around the world on HF...

Awesome man, we'll join forces for this for sure. I believe the idea is a brief presentation about why, what, & how... followed by whatever Q&A comes up. Would be a good chance for someone to get some mobile rig programming help, HT tips, or just hear the difference for the first time. I can also program Baofeng HT's if anyone wants one filled with some pre-programmed channels- will have a laptop.

Ill be doing Moab/Canyonlands for 3 nights after the trip. Those of you making the long drive if you want to join for some Utah wheeling shoot me a PM.

And Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat beer.

You're my new best friend. I occasionally go to KC on business and always look forward to having a few of these.

I'll see if I can find some Alien Amber or some Pancho Verde Chile Cerveza (Green Chile Beer).

Marc that would be awesome.. I would have to come up with something to trade you for a few green chile beers. About a year or so ago I was in Taos at a little brewery/pub and had some green chile beer on tap. It was amazing!!

Naturally we can't get any in the Midwest.. :-(

Eric, what was the name of the pub that had it? Ill be in Taos a few days before our arrival and will look it up.

I'll bring some of San Diego's famous IPA: Sculpin. No guaranteeing any will be left by the time I get to camp. BlueCruiser knows how great this IPA is & understands the temptation...

It's going to be hard to lay off the beer with so many awesome choices!

Ok, I will get in on the action too. I'll pick up some of the green chili stuff too.

All this talk of Beet trafficking reminds me of smokey and the bandit. I was exited to have real coors, until I learned I could have for the last 10 years or so when the agreement between miller and coors fell to the wayside. Oh well!

You will be able to see the actual image on the Coors bottles, and most of their print ads.....
