Have had an oil leak for a long time. Never really paid it much attention as the 2-3 drops the truck drops after a run is nothing like the Exxon Valdez under my 911…

Can anyone diagnose the cause from this picture? Oil pan gasket?

Thank you in advance!

could be lots of places, need a good cleaning and then diagnose where it is coming from, is it leaking up higher?
could be any of the below, or a combination of them,
valve cover,
push rod cover'
oil pan gasket,
oil pan,
rear main,

Tighten the oil pan and the side cover bolts. If you have not done this, they are almost certainly loose.

Take it to the car wash and give it a bath.

Look at it after a bit and form opinions at that point.

I had a similar leak. It got worse over time to the point where I started planning to do the rear main seal, but in the end I decided to replace the oil pan gasket. It hasn't leaked a drop since.

Your mileage may vary. But if you do decide to do the oil pan gasket, use only the one-piece OE Toyota gasket. Also, get some Toyota FIPG and follow the FSM to the letter.
