Dont even worry about it.

Lexus is going piano black on all their upscale vehicles.

The big disappointment with the interior is that it doesn't have the LS/LC interior door panels/handles. They are insanely nice.

That “design language” is driving me straight into the arms of Range Rover. Fak. Still has chrome door handles. Chrome went out of style in 2003. And that front end… a giant, non operational spindle grill. It looks like a barn door tacked onto the front end.

I’m a Toyota fanboy. Excited about the new tundra and sequoia. This feels like a massive miss on a truck costing $130k est

Couldn't agree more. Never go full electric shaver.

Are you sure about that?

This is garbage level interior design.

Let's see:

1. They got rid of the tacky wood.
2. They replaced the trim pieces that went from wide to narrow with much more liner, aesthetically pleasing trim.
3. They got rid of that awful "mouse" interface, and replaced it with modern touchscreens.
4. They cleaned up and simplified HVAC controls, while retaining physical buttons for everything important.
5. They got rid of the useless, ugly clock.
6. They added proper cupholders, and a nice, dedicated spot for phone/wallet.
7. They replaced the main media display with a larger, nicer one, and removed the sharp corners.
8. They improved the dash speedo/tachometer display not only visually, but seemingly recessed it further, likely for better visibility in high-sun.
9. They increased the size of the HVAC vents, likely for better airflow.

Any other improvements that I'm missing in this "garbage level interior"?

Some people just can't stand things getting better.

Im happy to have a discussion if you want. I wasn't talking about the colors or even materials to some extent.
This interior dashboard is the worst offering on the market. It has nothing to do with me owning the outgoing model.

Escalade, RR, anything german, and even the jeep wagoneer have it beat.

Heres the 2021 escalade and Jeep, if you cant see the difference then i dont know what else i can say.
The photos speak for themselves.

On Lexus JP website they showed a version that was not seen in the world premier. It's the LX600 with 18 inch wheels with black door handles, mirrors and fenders much like the GR LC. I see no changes in the front bumper, running boards and rear bumper. But you do see in the interior picture front/rear lockers.

You want to have a discussion, but if I see things different than you, you "dont know what to say".

You sure you want to have a discussion? Doesnt seem like it to me. I dont see you making any points for me to respond to. You're just posting pics and saying "I'm right".

HUGE improvement. Toyota/Lexus's previous infotainment was worst in class. The new iteration in the Toyotas is now one of the best. Hopefully the same with the Lexus's.

Some people just can't stand things improving.

1. Wrong, there is an even more "tacky" falcon wood option, which open grain is wayyyy better than
2. Super Wrong
3. This has nothing to do with the design, again just wrong
4. Doesnt even make sense as those buttons werent for HVAC controls but Infotainment, WRONG
5. Sure, I actually agree with this but some like it
6. cupholder location is extra dumb and interferes with passenger arm space but phone holder is your only good point here
7. yeah i sincerely hope so? not really a talking point here?
8. wrong

Some people man, wow.

I may recant my enthusiasm for the LSD in the F-Sport … I want lockers 🙏.

LOL.

I knew my reply was a waste of time the second I saw your examples of "good" interiors. Good talk.
