Splangy,

Thanks for reply. Yes, that is true and has no air rail. I don't know the year, I am going to follow the 11115-61010 for now. As you can see in Pic A, there is water hole on the right hand side of the block (manually created in gasket). Do u suggest to use Pic C gasket and create a hole in it.

Please advise.

Regards,

OK, may bad. Toyota actaually has the same part number for all 2F engine head gaskets. I thought I remembered there being a difference in the late model gaskets. Anyways, I would either go with an OEM or a Felpro replacement gasket set. Did you have the head magnafluxed before reinstalling it? Did the engine overheat? Did you retorque the head gasket after a few miles?

Splangy,

Well, after a deep consideration I moved towards a Gasket Maker, he made a "Carbon" coated 2mm gasket as per pic A and after tightening the Bolts, it will come to 1.5 mm. I just finished the job and engine ran successfully and I took a test run about 20 KM. After test run I checked the plugs, which seemed in good condition (No oil leakage), moreover, there are no bubbles in the Radiator as well. I will send an update in couple days on the project.

So far, I am feeling happy :) and want to thank to the participants for help me in the problem.

Keep helping each other.

Take care.
