To answer the OP question:
The truck needs the 2F WP, WP pulley and the 2F crank pulley to get everything lined up.
The engine is currently equipped w/ the F pulleys that have a front groove that is too small and too far back to line up w/ later accessories. The 2F direct drive WP pulley will go on the WP but ends up too far back. The F WP is shorter.
