Good evening fellow mud members!

Trying to finalize my build, been a long time, and been busy with post "Harvey" mess!

I have a 2017 Toyota LC200; KDSS Equipped

For sure going to lift the vehicle, most likely with the ICON Stage IV coilovers and OME 2722 Rear Coils, probably achieve a 2.5" all around lift (I think)

Can I fit a Toyo M/T 285/75/R18 on the vehicle? Going with a +25 offset wheel, XD Series wheel.

As always your advice is always appreciated!

When building a lift using Icon components, build the kit yourself. Using their packaged "stage" kits, you may spend a lot more than needed.
Icon equipment is top notch, I have yet to hear of anyone that hasn't loved their shocks.
There are many, many, many ways to get a great lift for our trucks, one recipe that's been proven to work well, and should clear the tire/wheel combo you are asking about is:
Icon coilovers for the front, Factory 10mm spacer, SPC adjustable upper control arms, slee sway bar relocation kit, and a diff drop kit (up to you, some say yes some say no) personally recommend it if going 2.5" or higher

Out back run 2721/2722 springs depending on weight you carry. the 2721 are a variable rate spring. they ride softer on road and perform great off road. if you are towing or load up the back with a lot of weight they will sag more than the 2722s. If you like the feel of the 2721s and need a little more height to level everything out, 80 series 10 mm trim packers can be installed to get a little more height.
Icon VS 2.5 shocks.

another subjective component is the adjustable rear track bar. lifting the rear suspension kicks the axle out 1/2 inch or so. the adjustable track bar allows for the extra length needed to get everything back to normal.

@RS6tofj80 is in Houston and has this set up (with Tundra upper/lower arms), maybe he can help with recommending shops or installers.

I can answer a couple questions. The icon coilovers will net almost exactly 3" lift and you can fit a 34.8" tire, but they will rub both the front and rear of the front wheel wells and will require quite a bit of trimming. They will almost surely rub the front sway at as welll. Check out any of the 35" tire threads for more info.

The SPC uppers can be used to clear the back side of the wheel well, mud flaps will have to come off, but that should be it.
the front, will have to be trimmed. the inner liner can be pushed forward and screwed into place, then just trim the edge of the plastic bumper.

the Slee relocation kit should take care of rubbing on the drivers side KDSS arm.

As more people start running the Icon wheels with 25mm offset it will be interesting to see how it affects what will clear and what won't compared to the 50 -60 mm offset of stock wheels and Rock warriors.

Rear tires will also rub inside wheel well at top on full stuff.

I ran 305's with minimal rubbing - but did have to cut some fender liner and I had the Tundra front arms for a bit wider front stance away from the KDSS.

2721's work well as they are progressive - what else are you running in the rear ? I've got a set up for grabs you can try - and my old rims/ tires are avail if you wanted to test fit....

like others have said, you will need to add Slee's KDSS relocation bracket and also will have to add larger bumpstops to limit the wheel/tires upward travel. I run 285/70 R18's with 18x9 wheels with a 20mm offset. I have the factory bumpstops and if my tires were any bigger I would have to add larger bumpstops forsure!

Bringing back up from the dead. If I have an arb bull bar:
How would that change the tire set up if you still want to go 35s?
