Membership coordinator manages club stationary (stickers, cards, letters, etc.), updates the club membership lists, sends new member letters out, sends membership renewal reminders to people once every 6 months or so and collects club money! I'll put the official descriptions in the first post.

Secretary is merged with TLCA Delegate. Take a quick look at the bylaws:

ONSC Club Bylaws

In short, you will attend TLCA BOD conference calls, update the TLCA with our bi-monthly ONSC section in Toyota Trails, relay other info from TLCA to ONSC, take meeting minutes and assist with other stuff!
