How’s it running?
After an hour of driving, I can report that it’s smooth as can be. A little more pep maybe. Coolant temp is running about 3-4 degrees (Fahrenheit) cooler than before on the same route. No CELs, no rough idle. The service director, and two techs looked it over separately while I was there to make sure that everything was buttoned up.

Very happy for you. I know how stressful this type of situation can be and how it feels to have it done.

Just a heads up, your redated items can still easily be read...
I doubt he cares about anonymity with a license plate like that 😂

Update, made a 4 hour drive to the lake. Noticed a plume of oily smoke when passing someone... immediately pulled over to check the vitals. Oil was very overfilled. Babied her to our destination and changed the oil myself this morning. 10 qts of oil came out. Love dealership service. All is good now.

That drives me nuts. How one can trust these people to do major surgery like headgasket replacement when they cannot fill oil properly?

Different levels of techs? but I don't trust any of them. They change my oil because it is included for now, but I always check it immediately after.
