So please explain to me how owning a Prado was a mistake. Have you ever owned a RHD 4.0l V6 late model Prado? Have you ever lived in Australia and seen how they use their off road vehicles? Experienced Fraser Island ?

We did all of the above during a 3 month getaway, and were busy every day exploring from Sydney to Port Douglas, and everything in between, and the Prado we bought instead of renting for 3 months, was a stout vehicle that proved itself numerous times, so where did you read we had made mistakes ?

Just curious what you might have been smoking or drinking to make the comment, but then again, we ALL make mistakes right??
sorry i am not familiar with world outside of america

damn Prado owning communists 🤪🤪🤪
After driving back to back for a few days, I always grab the 2013 LX (165k miles) keys vs the 2021 GX (36k miles)

GX is the the out of town grandma rig

But seriously, how long would it take most of you to make it 500k miles? At least for me, with my Chevy bolt being used as a daily driver most of the time, the LC might see 500k miles after I have died and my children have great grand children. Seriously. I think im around 6k miles since I bought it in early February, 8 months. So it looks like im probably on track for about 10k miles. Ill let you guys know how its going in 50 years.

And, even if you did get that far, is replacing the motor once REALLY that big of a deal? Like if in 20 years I had to replace my 5.7L, I dont think I would be all that upset.

In 15 years my kids will both be out of the house and my wife and I can buy a 2 door electric truck with 40" tires from the factory and 2000 mile range.
I put 435k on my 100 in the 17 years I daily drove it.
