Love my new LC but I wanted to hear that 5.7 V8 when I stepped on the pedal.

Installed a Dual in Single Out MagnaFlow #12288 today along with a Vibrant #1142 Ulta Quiet Resonator & DC Sport 4 inch Resonated Exhaust Tip.

Bought the parts off Amazon for $260 total. Had it installed today at the shop for $240 since it was 3 new parts welded. $500 total.

I gotta say, I love it. Just enough roar when you want it but quiet on cruise control on the highway. The new resonator and tip help kill the drone so it’s very light at 1500 rpm but no where else.

Here’s some pics of the new muffler in the middle, new rear resonator and exhaust tip.

The video you all have been waiting for.

Outside view of the new muffler and exhaust system. Feel and hear the power of extra 10 HP 🙌🏼😉

Thanks for the details and video; it is great to hear the V8. Did you notice any change in fuel consumption?

I really wish someone made a complete exhaust for our 200’s. I’d much prefer that vs cutting up the stock system

Dirty Deeds is a direct bolt on system without requiring cutting up the stock piece

Inside the cabin engine rev just shot now.

LC200 sounds more like sports car than teenager pick up truck with flow master exhaust.

It rumbles and growls. Better to hear with speakers and head phones. Cellphone speaker too weak to really hear unless you put it by your ear.

Any chance for an in the car driving vid? Love to hear the rumble under accelleration and the noise at highway cruise. I'd love to do this mod to mine, I'm just still super concerned about drone, since it's both my daily and road trip car (wife loves how quiet it is and would hate me if I ruined that!)

They both reported minimal to no drome but I’d love to here some interior video too. I’m guessing my KO2 hum will be louder.

Im just gonna chop my resonator soon and straight pipe it out the side.
Found a good muffler guy in my zip code.

Its a shame not to hear this big V8 growl.

That's exactly what I did! Muffler and resonator delete. And pipe to the side. Love the way it sounds!

Here ya go!

tell me what exactly you put it for that note, lol, its soo good.

Well fin done dude. Why there never was a TRD LC is beyoooond me.

Wow. Wow. NA V8 cant explain it.

They do sound good uncorked but I'd be worried more about how it sounds inside the cabin, on a longer freeway drive. I wouldn't want to deal with too much noise, drone, etc

Yeah i wouldnt mind a 70mph vid. But between tires, racks, bumpers.. idk if wed be chasing our tails about noise.

You could always sound deaden that area but I hate messing with trim and interiors. Never a good time.

That’s why I’m reinstalling a new resonator with the new muffler once I get around to do it. I don’t want highway drone
