Basically no.
More in the gen 3 2016+.
there are more convenience and liveabililty changes in each new generation, and generally the LX is a couple years ahead of the TLC for stuff. Most of it won’t change the overall experience much. The 2016 got the tranny with more gears and a wider ratio. It also got a new front diff carrier which is harder to change ratio on.
There’s a list in the stickies of the various changes in detail.

From 13 through 15, no. Major changes happened from 11-13 and 15-16.
13-15 is the sweet spot right now in terms of features/price.
If you want spend less go 11-13.
If you have a larger budget go newer (or less miles).
