Flushing will likely clear up. Keep in mind Toyota came out with an additional TSB on level. They found the level to low. We now use low temp range to set level.

Automatic Transmission/Transaxle Fluid Level Inspection
Temperature Ranges
For vehicles equipped with a transmission requiring the use of the overflow type automatic
transmission fluid (ATF) inspection process, the ATF must be within a specific temperature range for
accurate fluid level inspection. Inspecting the ATF outside of the specified temperature range may
result in incorrect ATF fluid levels and could lead to shift quality, M.I.L. “ON”, and/or transmission
damage issues. Please see the information in this bulletin for updated ATF level inspection
temperature ranges.

Thank you for the quick thorough reply this is very good info. I think I’ll go to the dealer for this service. I’ve read on recent threads about BG flush. I don’t know what this is but some have said their dealer does this. Is it different from a standard full transmission fluid flush? Is it recommended?

If you don't have way to read transmission temp through tech stream, it's best to have dealer do the job. BG make a machine used to hook into transmission cooler line. It has both a recover and a fill tank. It use transmission pump to push fluid through. Make sure dealer is aware of temp/level TSB. It's old and some today are unaware.

I do full 12 qt flushes regularly. I rarely do a drain and fill of 2 to 4 qts.

So I understand that now the temperature must be under 115F / 46C to have the good level.

I had 3 times a shudder / slipping between N and D position on my A750F transmission, when you are stopped and engage D it starts moving then release torque then moving... It was always in rainy condition with a lot lot lot of water on the road or trail.
I was thinking more on an electrical connector problem but according the reading on this forum I'm going to check my breather hole.
It's a temporary event, a few minutes after everything is back to normal behavior.

I checked my air breather by injecting a small air pressure, no leak noticed.
I flushed 5 liter of Dexron 6, the removed oil seemed to be good red color, so for me no contamination by water.

When the vehicle drives over fresh water sometime there is still a shudder only when engaging D.

At the same period, I had the central differential lock connector for electrical actuator that had bad connectivity : I had to remove it and clean it with WD40.

So for me it's electrical, ether with a probe, ether with the TCU.
Where is located the TCU ?

A750F calls for Toyota WS. Is Dexron VI the equivalent?

I know Mobil 1 has a full synthetic WS, but not sold in USA. I would use it, if I could get it!

The Dexron 6 I used is also marked as Toyota WS approved. I remember another thread where Dexron VI was stated as compliant with A750F.
