Our 2000 LC has started getting thirsty for power steering fluid, but there are no drips or leaks that I can find. Is this common? Should I just keep feeding the beast, or will that just cost me more in the long run?

Are there any stop-leak type additives / fluids that are worthwhile?

Any tips / pointers appreciated!

Thanks

Well, no. I've been using the Napa brand power steering fluid. Only one auto parts store in town, and it's pathetic...

Why tranny fluid over PS fluid?
the 100s PS needs ATF dexon 3 or 4. forgot which one. it'll say so on the cap.

They can leak inside the inner tie rod boot and you will never know unless you look.

Also, look in index of opening post (OP) of first link of my signture. Find "Steering" a for more links.
