If it had been posted on mud before, I'd remember it due to the crazy-high number of faux bolts lining the outer wheel.
Tahoe is a magical place. I have good friends at Sierra At Tahoe in the south.
With all the talk on this thread about bumpers and off-road tires and armor and lifts and whatever, it is good to remember that the Land Cruiser is a darn good road trip vehicle.

Ok-- This last weekend I finally put to rest my desire to own the LC200. Previously I had owned a 2010 4runner trail edition which was moderately modified (i.e. 3 inch lifted) and had all the KDSS and crawl control stuff) for the last 7 years, but had decided to move onto the LC. I ended up purchasing a 2013 with 36,000 miles and completely trashed michelin street tires.
I purchased the LC and replaced the tires within 36 hours with the stock size in a Nitto terra grappler ( I didn't have too much time to look around)
Anyway-- I have been looking through this forum for the last few days and have been pretty overwhelmed! I know what I want with the LC but so thankful that a group exists like this!
Soon I want a 2 inch lift, replacement front end.....

Smoke from the Lightner Creek Fire forced us to call an audible and book a room in T-Ride for the night. Took the slow boat and gave my better half a little taste of the San Juan's. Was gonna run Ophir but she's never seen Red Mtn Pass or Ouray so...

Gotta keep the lady happy. We'll hit Ophir going the other direction tomorrow. Then on to Moab for a couple days out in Castle Valley. Original plan was to do the open alpine loop route and back to Durango but it's just too smokey down there to intentionally subject yourself to it, and doing the loop and then on to T-Ride woulda had me in the dog house for too many hours driving.
