The 17" steelies from Australia won't clear the 2016 brakes. The Tundra has 18" steelies that will fit, I have a set of them modified with a retro look.. I will consider selling.

Really? It says they are specifically for the LC 200 (17x8/5x150/60P). I assume that means the 200 in AU is different? I mean, I know they're diesel and much more utilitarian, but the brakes are different, too?

I've got 5 285/70/17's that I'm soon going to swap out for 34's. I'd be willing to make you a nice deal on them if you're interested. I'm driving from San Diego to Colorado and Sedona in 4 weeks, and could deliver them to you if PHX means Pheonix ?

That's a very intriguing offer. I got your PM. I'll respond there.

2016 and 2017 USA models have the larger 354mm brakes. The 16/17 models in other countries with 17" wheels still have the 2008 - 2015 340mm brakes. There are some 17" wheels that will fit.

Gotcha. Thanks for the explanation.

If my center headrest wasn't in and all the way up my pup would be flying over the 2nd row to get to the front. :)

Is that in the Grand Staircase- Escalante NM? How was the road? Tried to drive it back in early March but it was too muddy.

No, Big Cottonwood is here in SLC, it's the canyon that leads to the Solitude and Brighton ski resorts. Currently it's snowing to the valley floor here in SLC.

Smoky haze & phone lens made for odd lighting:

Drove my 80-year-old dad to the Mexican border fence...then up a rough back road into the hills...and then through a truck trail leading up...then around and down to the blocked highway with fires blazing in the area.

Made for an interesting, hazy sunset look through my phones tiny lens...
-San Diego harbor in the distance top right...Mexico to top left. Sun reflecting off of the San Diego harbor...brightest reflection just to the left of downtown San Diego. Some super-fragrant flowers too...

Dad loved it...

And finally one with the sunlight behind us.

That's my dad's hand...
