For my 50th birthday my amazing bride of 28 years surprised me with a '14 black on black 200! I know, I know, I am super spoiled in many ways. A big thanks with the help and consultation from @RocketCityCrzrs she found a great bone stock one in Texas. This 200 joins our existing fleet of three 100 series, my bride's 570 and our favorite the '72 FJ40. Safe to say we were bitten by the cruiser bug about 17 years ago and never looked back. TBH, I was perfectly content with driving my '02 hundy for many years to come but I must say I'm thrilled to have a 200 as my DD. I'll transition my 100 dd and use it as our primary farm truck. I'll start doing some things on the 200 and will document as we go...

As many can attest the cup holders on the 100s and 200s are one of the few misses by Toyota. So, I wanted to try out the 3D printed cup holders by @bhicks - BH3D Cup Holder. I could not be happier, it fits great and looks the part. Especially love the phone holder location in the front portion. Highly recommended.

I wanted something other than the carpet floor mats with a little more protection. I considered Weathertech, I have those in my 100 and they are great. I should have done the same with the 200.

I went with the Toyota rubber Land Cruiser mats. They are fine and I like the LC branding, but these are not near as rugged/durable as my Weathertechs in y 100s. I'll eventually replace these with Weathertech. I grabbed a couple of pics after I made a muddy mess of the mats.

I utilize Plano storage lockers for my gear in rear cargo area in my 100s and now in this 200. These are fantastic for storage and cheap normally around $30

Quick little update that saves the paint of the rear tailgate edge from being damaged. I added a Door Edge Guard on top edge of the tailgate. The door edge of my rear tailgate on our 100s have been abused over the years and I wanted to protect the 200 before they got the same treatment of paint scratches. Went with a black that looks like it originally came this way from the factory. I added for my 200 and wife's LX570 as well as our 100s. At only $8 from Amazon it's cheap protection for that vulnerable edge.

Another quick and inexpensive update which I also have done with all of our 100s. I prefer brighter interior LED lighting so I swapped out all interior lights with new LED bulbs. It makes a such a difference. Some prefer the warmer colors, I personally prefer the cooler brighter LEDs. I matched up the bulb numbers and purchased all of them on Amazon.

I really like the rear cargo area, using the reading plate style light and it worked very well and is super bright.

I really struggled with the wheel/tire combo and what to go with on the 200. I wanted a nice stance, nice drive and a good look. Not too aggressive to keep it comfortable (will spend most of its life on pavement and some backroas). I also did not want to hear too much of a hum on the highway. Ultimately, I went with what I feel is an incredible looking wheel from DX4 called the Terrain in the Matte Bronze finish. These wheels have a 12mm offset which I was a little worried about poking out too far but it turned out perfect! The edge of the tire is very slightly outside of the fender.

We have had excellent results with our Yokohama Geolander GO15 on all of our 100s so I went with the same tire. In regards to size I selected a 275/70r18. Mods needed include heat and shape on the front including the removal of the air deflector. I also needed to remove the front mud flaps because of a slight rub but I plan on adding those back after heat and shape. Super pleased with how it's driving and overall look is exactly what I was after.
