Been busy this last week.
Found Belts:

Made the brake lines: - copied old ones using zip ties at each bend.

Mocked up center console for Dad to fab up when I have to go back to work.

Got my powder coated items back:

Dad fabricating a new rear tank (old one had a leak) & adding in-tank pump. Will run off rear tank and pump from front tank to rear tank when empty.

Still need to add an inlet to pump gas in to cover from front tank.

Cleaned up steps to buff out again.

Installed seats to design center console - have to remove again. Tested seat heater tonight! That will warm it up a bit in the cold winter.

Cup Holders using the FJ Cruiser inserts to hold the cups.

Will be mounted using the 2 bolts on the front of the center console.

Dad finished up my arts & crafts designed center console today with the final details.

Windshield installed

Needed some minor alterations after test fitting. The trailer plug wires extend past the edge of the frame and was bring pinched by the tank.
A recess was added to give room for the wiring.

Filler neck altered to fit. Now to find a hose to fit the angle.

Had to switch rocker arms to use short valve covers. The tall covers were getting in the way of AC Compressor hoses.

A few updates:
Heat shield

Windshield wipers cleaned, greased and installed

Figuring....
Installed in-tank fuel pump in rear tank to run truck. Will use inside tank as reserve to be pumped into rear tank as needed. Will have gauges in both tanks and a switch to change which tank it reads from as well as a switch to pump on to transfer. Working out brackets and locations to include stainless steel lines to the engine compartment.

Re-configuring gas pedal and cable location.

Found this awesome Toyota part to help with the direction of the Speedo cable with the speed sensor. The short cable extension is no longer available from Toyota and wasn't the best solution as I had gone through 2 of them in 20 years. This redirects up and keeps sensor from hanging so low and keeps speedo cable away from the exhaust. It wasn't cheap, but neither are cables.

Getting closer, I need to get the windshield back on so I can get the AC/Heater mounted and finish wiring. I had to make some adjustments to the linkage as you see the droop of the middle and right hand wiper.
Working on gas lines so when I get the tank back from powder coat I can connect everything. I got the clamps all mounted after Dad helped me bend all the lines.

It mirrors the confer tank. Dad made it.
It sits higher since I have a body lift. Back is flush with the frame where it tapers up. We made the straps shorter than the confer ones. Axle is in stock location. May look lower since I took the pictures up on the lift.
