J, I will get with the bod and let you know. Typically it is for members only but a understand your angles and the positive nature of your friend joining us. I personally see no issue with bringing non members as long as the intent is for them to join the club or to sponsor it in anyway. So in this situation I see be issue but if you wanted to being a buddy because he is a good friend that's another issue and would have to vote no that. We will likely ask for everyone coming to pitch in some money just so we don't drain our checking account anyway.

Thanks for the response Deryl. What I will do is hit him up for the sponsership and if he says yes I will bring him along otherwise I will not even bring up the idea of having them join us. I will keep you posted.

Ok club members can bring potential members and or sponsers to the crawfish boil. There will be no extra charge for these guest.

We also will be asking volunteers to bring a side dish or dessert. Plus everyone will be required to provide the drinks they plan on drinking.
 
I LOVE CRAWFISH!

Sadly, Roux might have to miss this event as she tends to eat crawfish shells and then vomit them later.
 
Are they going to brew a Kreweser Specialty Beer?

I will try to get all of this worked out as soon as the craziness from Mardi GRAS dies down. I will hopefully know something in the next week or two. BOD, If you guys already have some sort of standard package for event sponsorship please email it to me so I can present it to Trey Blossman with Abita. This was all hashed out in front of Laffitte's Blacksmith shop on Bourbon after many cocktails so having something a little more organized to give him would be of great help.
