1F carburetor manual (1 Viewer)

Looking for 1F motor service manual pdf for my 72 FJ40, if not a actually hardcover so I can figure out my carb tuning issues...I'm assuming the screw I've marked is the throttle speed, but no effect when turning either way. I've noticed that when warm that vacuum pulls the link really far away from that screw(aka does nothing when adjusted)

Nope wrong screw, that adjust the throttle for when you have choke pulled. The screw you need is right next to that one and it’s a bitch to get a screwdriver to it. I tried to point a little arrow at the one your looking for.
