Only selling to finish restoring my FJ55 project. Love the truck, best one I've ever owned but I want to get the pig on the road again. I bought this 100 about 25 minutes from my house about 6 months ago planning on never selling it. I checked all the records with Toyota and it was only serviced and cared for at a Toyota dealer in Denver; I have it serviced at Toyota of Rockwall so all records are there online. The cruiser is from Denver, but was garaged kept and has no rust underneath. I believe the original owner must have hit a deer in the front right fender/hood area because the front fender and hood have a dull finish on the clear coat. You can't tell this at all from a few feet away and all the paint matches well, but after looking it over with a microscope that's what I believe. I had my resto guys check it out; there is no frame damage, only cosmetics. The roof also has a scratch, and there are a couple parking lot dings but nothing major for a 16 year old vehicle. The cruiser rides and drives like a new one. All lockers function perfectly and the fluids have all been changed recently by the dealer. These low mileage first year 100s are really hard to find in this condition. It's not show room condition, but it would make a great family car that will last for many years. I can send more pictures via emal if you pm. If I can't get close to my asking price, then I will just keep it and make my pig project more long-term. I'd make a good deal to the mud community and I'm only offering it here.
Asking $18000 obo.

Saw this truck on craigs list when it was for sale 7 months ago. I wondered if someone from Mud scooped it up.

Nice cruiser. Does the 98 w/ rear locker have rear a/c like the 99's?

I'm open to offers. Going to list locally again here before Christmas. I've got the swine flu now; my 55 just finished up at the paint shop and I'm ready to start the real resto process. This is a well-maintained vehicle with many years left! Rides and drives just like a new cruiser and everything works perfect.

Sorry, yes it sold a few weeks ago. Good luck in your search!
