Wow man! Yeah!!! You almost rolled!!
I was waiting for someone to take note of that..... Believe it or not you know those silly tow hooks we have saved my ass. It was the only thing keeping me from rolling

Wow really? They are useful!

yah I woudnt trust to tow or pull off them.... but it saved me from any and all body damage.......

this rig sure likes to crawl but it needs some maintenance, power steering was boiling, charcoal filter plugged up and I vapour locked, going to pull the rad and all the fun stuff up front, clean it all up, as well maybe get some more clearance to swap a oil pump gasket, as well probably look at replacing all of my brake lines

How did the AOE perform? I see you have no winch or lights.

I have lights now... and my winch isnt quite ready im also contemplating a bigger winch...... I have an 8724 with a 9.5xp motor waiting to go in.... but Im really re considering a 10 or 12k winch....

also I dont know If I didnt tighten the side bolts enough or if the bumper wing bent in.... I dented the hell out of my fender flare from the wing hitting it.... Ill be pulling the bumper soon to do some behind the front clip work anyways so Ill take a look if its bent or just pushed in

otherwise it did well, a couple times i swore those letters were getting bashed in but every time I missed

Hmmmm....Not good ....keep me posted. I will be testing mine this weekend.

finally ordered gears, should have gears installed by the end of July, with some new paints on the axle

aswell I do have my Sean Huston bumper, going to install it next week

Truck is looking good Joe! Didnt know you had stepped up to the big boy tires. You have your bump stops lowered at all?

You know its funny you mention that lol..... the one thing this guy did on this hack job of a lift before I got it.... he lowered the bumps lol, I still rub on up travel though..... sooo ill have to lower them a bit more... THOUGH im considering using my airbumps ive owned for a coons age now lol

Couldn't you of just backed down? It would of pulled the front end down.

no winch line dampener ?

had someone actually attempted to spot me yes, but too many people sitting on the oh hes on 37's hell crawl right up mode lol

no winch line dampener ?

Honestly, I sat in my truck for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for someone to step up..... I just get me some line tension and ill drive it up, it was a synthetic cable, sooooo was at the least of priorities

Yeah I noticed how quickly they came to help. *sarcastic* 5 to 10 minutes is crazy! You need to find better people to wheel with. I would of helped you in a second!

i was a "nice" canadian for the first few minutes I turned nasty near the hot tubs when the guy in front me was getting no help.... I eventualy gathered the rest of the group and led them out with my buddy Ben

needless to say I led for the rest of my trail runs.... did Kane's Creek and spotted every obstacle, as well finished the Hells Revenge run

next year ive been asked to step up for the trail leading of a couple runs to hopefully get some of the TW group a little more open to spotting and assisting.....

Wow! What a memory you have now. I actually went out on a Dan Mick lead trail ride during EJS years ago when I was on the Jeep world.

I bet your butt hole tightened up a little on that one... I cant believe no on stepped up for that long... wtf. I would have flipped my wig on those people. Nice recovery though, and the helicopter shots are wicked.

Oil seal was getting worse, alternator needs changed and my power steering needs some work

Oil leaks, oil leaks, oil leaks.......

sometimes all this work isnt worth it.... and sometime I just want to pay someone else to do it.... after borrowing a 30mm by 3/4" socket and a 3/4" breaker bar because I bent my 1/2" bar and broke noels 3/4 to 1/2" adapter..... I finally managed to get my main pulley off to find my main leak.... I was definetly leaking my from the main seal as I expected, sooooooooooooooooo heres some pictures
