Thanks Brian, yes it’s been a step in a different direction. Still a 45 lover but this one checks a lot of boxes for me with the pups…blessed to have both 😀 I

how is visibility with those fender mounted mirrors? Wondering if those might work well for towing a 22' airstream? Have always like the way they look but been curious how well they work compared to door mounted mirrors.

They work great. The visibility is much better than the door mounted mirrors. They don’t vibrate at all. Some don’t like the look but for me it’s not an issue and functionality is where it’s at….for me.

Thanks for the feedback! I personally think they look cool so it’s great to know they also work well.

Just finished a road trip out to Utah and Colorado. I meet a friend with a new LC250 and we ran several trails including Shafer Trail. What a blast….both the HZJ75 and the new LC250 performed well. The stock 1HZ in stock from didn’t like 9000’ and above much. However it still performed and got me through the trails and back again. Just like any good Land Cruiser….😀never left me stranded. Once we got back to a lower elevation, the 1HZ ran like a Swiss watch. Here are a few photos.

SEXY!! I want a firetruck now.....

Just $$$$$ and a lot of work…😀

I just really looked at this photo and thought it would be great advertisement photo for the One Stone armrests 😀

Also loving the creature comforts of the HZJ75. A couple 10 hr days with no real comfort issues. No Air, No dedicated stereo, No electric windows or locks, No cooled seats….you get the idea…
PRICELESS……..

Thanks, I really like it…the extra headroom is very functional for me and the pups.

@cppilot- it was a pleasure to see the fire truck in action both on and off-road. You are correct that the truck is a magnet for strangers starting conversations with you.

Had a blast Pete, Thanks for going….
