Looks nice, but pricey with out all the goodies.

I've put my butt in a couple seats that I should have passed on just because I wanted them, I forgot to open my eyes....

I called that lady as well, and she is/was high as a kite. She finally dropped the price to 15k, but I think even that is absurd.

80s aren't growing on trees anywhere. The low mileage and great condition and well maintained ones are bringing a premium. Locally I've watched the 4500 250k mile trucks that were pretty beat rise to 6500-8k. So it isn't a surprise to me when I see 18-25k 80 series. If it is what you want you may as well get the best your wallet can afford.
