Originally wanted to keep this forever and fixed it up to be a reliable daily/adventure vehicle. Vehicle experienced a head gasket failure and decided to replace the the whole motor while they were still available from Toyota (forever car). I had all work done by Toyota of Poway. I really love this rig but now looking into a truck to build a camper build for my growing family.

GLWS. Those rebuilds are pricey.
Yeah, my new engine (new shortbock, new head, new cams, etc) is eating up my budget really quick. The only thing being reused from the old engine is the intake manifold.

Then you find out you need a new wiring harness because the plastic on the connectors are brittle and breaking...

Another $1000 cha-ching.
