Slee Off Road makes a very similar one. I wonder if theirs will allow a 19mm socket to tighten the bolts. If so, I could also just return this one easily as I bought it via Amazon.
I used allen head bolts they came with mine.
Then you don’t have the socket issue.
They also have a clean look IMO.

No but you Suggested 1/32 could make a difference.

That's because it can; it can make a lot of difference...especially when dealing with dead and slack spots, return-to-center, wandering, etc. Caster, camber and toe are all related and all impact each other both statically and dynamically; it's simply a question of how much, as you correctly pointed out. This being said: it's a thread-cluttering debate at best and not worth an argument.

@Fishbulb: fairlead looks good. 👍

I relocated my air chuck from the light mount to the front of the bumper today. I then installed the ARB Solis 21 lights. I would have preferred a more subtle and era correct light set, but I am a sucker for ARB products and the ability to dim these lured me in.

The new flat link looks good.
But IMO post #235 second picture the soft loop on the right is the way to go.
Remove all metal from the equation and use soft shackles. Much safer in the event of a failure.
They even make fairleads that the soft loops can hook on to.

I replaced my glow plugs today as all of mine took a crap and winter is just around the corner. I also replaced my front turn signal lenses as my old ones were no longer orange and were even clear in some areas.

Also installed the Odd Iron exterior LED kit and the dome light kit. Awesome upgrade for sure. Will be great once it gets dark early in a few weeks.

I had such an epic day here today just outside of Indianapolis. Who said you can’t have an epic off-road day here in the Midwest??

I did get high centered pretty well on my axles in some ruts. Lockers weren’t much of a help and had to pull some line.

I would REALLY like to run 35’s for the extra clearance, but the 33’s just tuck so nicely. I did order the 4 plus flip kit for the front to help a bit.

Looks like a great Day with that super cool Rig !

I think they call that diff hung :p

I swapped my 33x10.5 KO2’s yesterday morning for some 33x12.5 Duratracs. The KO2’s would clog up with mud off road and would just become slicks. I had some Duratracs on a Jeep back in the day and they were impressive off road, on road and also in the snow. I’m not sure how well theirs sidewalls hold up like the BFG’s, but we will see. So far the road manners of the Duratracs are better…. lower load range and the bigger tires are actually the same weight as the smaller KO2’s.

I immediately hit the trails after install and hit up the same tracks I got stuck in last week. I made it through crawling slowly no problem. The trail conditions were actually worse this go since it rained all day the day before.

I installed a full U-bolt flip kit a few weeks ago. Pretty nice kit. The amount of ground clearance added is not nothin’. Seems a bit of up travel is lost with the kit, but increases the down travel. That’s a-ok for me as I have over sized tires and I’m running a low offset.

I also added Timbren extended active bump stops. They compress 2.25 inches. Direct bolt in and the extended and compressed lengths seem to be perfect for my suspension and tire setup.

my transfer case has now been overhauled and has the Sumo 10% UD kit installed to compensate for the 33inch tires. Combined with the upgraded brake booster we are in business and the business is goooood.

Anywhoodle, went to the local off road park and had some fun. I didn’t take many pics, but I did have to pull some line a few times.

The bump stops made a drastic difference. I didn’t realize that I must have been bottoming out so much before because these same trails were so much smoother. No hard jarring with some more aggressive driving.

Nice! Someone doesn't h8mud.

Did you do the Sumo low range gears while you were up in there?

How does the 70 series compare in size to the Defender 90? I currently own a Defender 90 and am considering switching to the 70 series.

In terms of leg room it's a total different thing: The LC is much more comfy. In a Landcruiser one doesn't always have to sit straight upright like a british soldier. Also there is more space to the side. Landcruiser owners even find space to fit armrests and cupholders.
The space in the back is not that much different. A Defender 90 is somwhere between a Landcruiser 70 and a MWB 73. A Landcruiser 75 about same to a Defender 110, I guess. Maybe a Defender 130 is slightly bigger than a Landcruiser 76/78. 🤔 (Not sure, haven't compared the figures).
Just gut feelings from what I saw on friends' Defenders.
If you seriously consider switching: Go find a Landcruiser to visit for direct compare and hands on experience.
Cheers Ralf

I definitely need to try one out before I make a commitment.
