Charles
Has Rob ever made a rear bumper for a 45?
Rob completed a "frame off" restoration on a LHD 45 Series Troopy not long ago that involved a LOT of custom work including a front brush bar but I'm not sure if he fabricated a rear bumper for that project however he had never fabricated a rear bumper for a 77 Series until mine showed up. Rob can basically fabricate anything you need.

To summarize ..... If you can draw it on a napkin and provide some rough dimensions, Rob can build it. :)

Sorry, we didn't go that route however there are a number of vendors on 'MUD that should be able to help you.
The version on my Cruiser, designed by Rob Smith Fabrications, is a vast improvement over the OEM "recycled beer can" design but it in no way supports the spare tire.

Charles -
I am SOOOO SORRRRY for the hijack - even thought it was tech and on 77 Series topic. :(

First step down that slippery slope.....we could end up with armed insurrection and anarchy..... :)

Someone bring luke a 77.
I'm ready to pay the bill to get one to me.
Not to corrupt Charles' thread too much more, but a visit to 4x4 Labs by a 75, 77 or 78 owner is all that's needed to make this happen (well, some money, too). I know he is interested in expanding the line, but needs a live truck in-person for a while to do the prototype for each Series.
