Wife and I just found out we're expecting our first and no matter how much googling I do it doesn't seem to support bench seats and car seats. As much as I want to keep my 75 timing and current circumstances have forced me to sell.

I picked up this 75 a few years ago and have since modified / upgraded the cruiser to be a blast. No issues that I'm aware of. Let me know if there are any questions about it. A lot of things have been replaced and or serviced. No current leaks or any rust that I've run into. Truck is a blast to drive, no problem getting up to 85mph, cruises happily in the 70's and can lock up tires. Cruiser has a clean Montana title and is not registrable in CA.

List of notable maintenance / upgrades:

-Dobinsons IMS suspension
-Holley sniper 2GC efi conversion
-Corvette fuel delivery setup
-Koito headlight upgrade (HI-Beam wiring has not been installed but is plug and play)
-35x10.5R17 Kenda R/T's
-80 AMP alternator (OEM)
-Upgraded Dizzy (OEM)
-Flamethrower Coil
-80 series brake booster (City Racer)
-T100 master cylinder (Advics)
-2nd Gen 4runner Calipers
-Clutch Cylinder and Slave (Advics)
-Windshield wiper motor replaced (OEM)
-All exhaust and intake gaskets (OEM)
-AISIN hubs
-All door seals and cab seals have been replaced
-Sound deadened floor and new floor mats have been sourced
-Driver seat has been re-foamed.
-Basic head unit for apple car play

Asking $XX,XXX and am open to any reasonable offers.

Man, I sure would be disappointed having to sell that beauty just a little over one year into owning it. 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ75 Pickup 5-Speed - https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1988-toyota-pickup-27/

GLWTS. Maybe post it on BAT as an alumni.
Not at all disappointed, slightly bummed with my circumstance preventing me from keeping it but I am looking forward to having a family friendlier vehicle that can take us on adventures. Been a great truck but I have to make the responsible decision for the time being. When the time comes I'll be getting another 70.

As far as BAT goes I think I'll pursue a private sale and If the truck doesn't sell by spring time I'll throw it back on BAT as an alumni.

I love my 3FE and 5 speed in my 80 series. Very under appreciated motor because it’s associated with the s***ty auto transmission here in the US
I initially had that mindset when buying this. Started exploring getting an LS but once I had the sniper running well I had no desires for a swap. The 3F is so simple to work on and has the right amount of HP & TQ. Such a straight forward truck

Beautiful! Good luck with the sale! Glad you got that sniper all dialed, pretty sweet.

Congrats on the kiddo!

I sold an HJ45 when we found out we were having a 3rd! Well he turns 16 tomorrow and
He’s 6’7” so he wouldn’t have fit anyway 😂

They make 4 door cruisers you know 😊
I'm not sure if I know anyone who is remotely as tall as your son. Sounds terrifying. Wonder if he'll hit any more growth spurts....

As far as 4 door cruisers go I'm already ahead of you. Picked up a really clean 100 back in October lol.

Yeah he gets lots of looks and stares and questions. He’s a basketball player so the height is good!
Drs said he still should have a few spurts as plates aren’t closed but who knows for sure.

100 is a great choice.

3F and a sniper 😔 my dream to have this setup in my Carbratord Fj62

Beautiful truck and mater upgrades!

Lucky buyer
Thank you for the affirming words - especially coming from you!

Are you able to get a Holley Sniper in your neck of the world?
