Took a drive this afternoon...left the house about 2p, returned before 5p. Toquerville Falls is an easy offroad trek just N of our home in Toquerville UT, and the west ridge above the falls, and directly north of our home, is where the radio/phone/internet towers are all located.

Pic 1...the view south...Toquerville in the immediate foreground...over that rldge center/left is LaVerkin...past that is Hurricane and beyond that is Sand Mountain (and Sand Hollow)...REALLY out in the distance, Arizona :)

This is the road/trail that circles the radio tower...view is north...you can see I-15 down there, and the mountains with the clouds hanging over them is the Dixie National Forest.

And lastly, the road down...this was steeper than I realized going up...we were in low range, but just 2WD...it chugged up this easily and almost idled down in 1st gear. The view is facing north.

Heather named the truck today...Billie :) Climbs like a goat, so smooth and easy...believe the name will stick :)

Okay...one last one...another from the trip down, facing NE...you can see some of Zion Natl Park here :-)

Woody - I love it.

My 73 was a farm truck in Spain for 30 years - tending olive trees, serving as mobile workshop, tractor and tow rig. Well loved but worked hard... kind of like a little donkey - hence the "Burrito" handle.

God damn. I really need to get up back out west. These pictures are really killing me. As I am stuck in a massive metro Plex.
