I really like the isspro EV series gauges

I have not had good luck with Isspro gauges. I've had three water temp gauge failures on my 80 and I have a bad Pyormeter on my Dodge/Cummins. I prefer Autometer. My 80 has a mechanical water temp and the BJ74 has Pyro and Boost.

I have read numerous reviews on both products and the reviews are overwhelmingly positive for both. However the ISSPRO products are considerably more expensive and I'm just wondering if the price is reflective of quality.

The ISSPRO and Autometer gauges are 2-3 times more expensive than the VDO gauges, so I am back to the original issue...
Are they that much better?

I have VDO gauges in my Chaparral boat. They have worked well for 21 years. I had to replace the volt meter but that was due to "operator error"

This particular one would be for a gas engine since it also has a vacuum side. I imagine they have a boost-only version someplace.

The only thing I don't like about the VDO Pyrometer (I'm being very picky here) is the goofy numbering.

They do have a "boost" only gauge. I simply posted the wrong photo. (Old age and poor eyesight)
