As a smart ass, I can only tell you it is in the Eastern Hemisphere due to the steering wheel's location on the right side of vehicle...

For the benefit of those of us that don't have "Spider Man" vision and can't see the springs nor count the number of wheel lugs, is this one a 76 or 77 Series.

The 77 stopped in 1999 along with the stop of the 75. The 76 replaced it so you can have a 76 with the slim front or "newer" wide front. So that is a 76, a vdj76
The hole in the bonnet bulge indicates it has the turbo v8 diesel motor

I'm near certain this one had a gasoline V8
and this one was a turbo diesel

In all of my research, I've very rarely seen TD's used in the (para)military/NGO/gov't sectors for the 7x application.
Mainly the 1HZ's.... now those might be forced induction... Petrol's of that ilk will probably be the 1GR-FE engine.
