The biggest challenge (color wise) is finding a color that looks like new aluminum without shining like the spinner rims on a new Escalade. 
So far the paint has ranged from too shiny to too dull ( almost galvanized looking ).

They say the process builds character and it certainly makes the paint salesman happy. The color I want in on the grill of a 1950's vintage International Harvester tractor. The paint guy will no doubt enjoy the challenge.

Although it would be more of a challenge, there is adequate space to change the pin from the topside. By "adequate" I mean small hands and a lot of patience.
