nice work , those steps worked out a treat , what's the special paint on them called.
At least the mats sorted out now so your next project can be putting your Lexus rims on the 75.
Wouldn't that render the Lexus somewhat useless without rims?
That would be to much "bling-bling" for my ole Cruiser.![]()
It will also save the heavy fuel bill.
you can get the proper mats from Japan 4X4 (the only place i found that can actually locate them in North America and Europe). not cheap but new and proper.
and
that mat looks quite acceptable, old boy
I saw some cutting and patching below the gear shifter.![]()
If it makes you feel better I had to remove seats then my vinyl flooring just to change the nylon bush at the bottom of the gear stick .
I live in a rural area where dirt road are still common and I was wondering if a pre-cleaner has a distinct advantage over a "mushroom style" cap in this enviornment.
I am also curious if they rob horsepower which is in short supply on a 2H.
Thoughts, opinions.......
Was it noisy because of the internal workings / air flow or the fact that it looks like a small spaceship has landed on the end of your snorkel? ( aerodynamic noise? )
