Well, I have just only recently started my 60 series journey so not much I can offer on advice other thst the following:
25k was too high but 19k is more reasonable.
THe outside kbb link does not open for me but based on the 3 pictures from the forum, it looks like there is some uneven gap (DS vs PS) on the rear gate and the hood. May be just the photo angle but maybe something to look closer at in person. The other area of inspection I have learned about is similar to the other classic cruisers, the rear section of the frame. Good luck !
