For Sale: 1981 BJ42. 250 km + Canadian version 24 volt with aluminum tub. I have not restored anything, it is a great work truck that runs and drives like it's age. Frame is in excellent condition. NO Rust on frame. Vehicle has numerous other areas with rust...door sills in all 4 doors. Firewall and fenders showing signs. Extent of rust is undetermined but can be seen through older paint job that was done when tub was replaced. Floor pans have small rust holes at inside corners near tyranny tunnel. This would make an excellent project, I simply do not have the time. I have a working speedo, a red arc 24 volt to 12 volt converter rated to 50 amps, and a aluminum radiator NIB that I will include with sale. I am posting here but will put it up on ebay in 2 weeks. $8000 firm.
