Its rolling again. Pretty darn happy with the result. Now to finish up the tcase spacer and get the drivetrain dropped in. Then load the back with 500# of concrete and try to get a true rear flex out.

These are 34.8" diameter tires and no touching so far with no added weight. Tire was 14.25" off ground and the other size started coming up. Still had a good 1.5" of space between tire are rear well opening.

A lot to do solo today, but its done. Headed home for beer and crawfish etouffee!

25 gallon tank is installed. Atlas single stick shifter is installed with mods to come. Tom Woods DC driveshafts installed.

Drivelines are at (front) 16.84 degrees and (rear) 17.42 degrees with a 1.8 degree up pinion in front and .7 degrees up in rear. No binding anywhere on as much as we can flex it out at the moment. Might add a tad more of front caster shim if needed.

I really like the single Tcase shifter but the cable is stiff and hard. To install without binding and hard actuation it needs to be installed backwards for the best operation. We've installed 8 of these now and with the same results every time. So as usual we will install with cable out the rear instead of front and will make a custom shifter knob to reflect the shift pattern. I'll be rehabbing and using a Scout II auto shifter for this build and as always adding a little custom touch. Will be machining these out of 6061 aluminum and will have them anodized.

Up next is to install front shocks and start on the fuel lines, make the stainless brake lines and transmission lines.

Started on the rear bumper. 1/2" rear crossmember support plate is made. Always nice when its a first and final cut at the same time.

Making this to accommodate the 2" body lift. Hope to finish it up next week.

Dual swing design. Tire carrier on driver's side and 3 jerry can/ Yeti 35 carrier on passenger side. 3 way RoadVision LEDs are in route from Australia now.

Front Kings are installed and hydroboost is mocked up, flipped and install.

Will be running stainless brake lines, fuel and transmission lines and setting the radiator over the next two days.

Stainless exhaust kit is enroute so hopefully get that plumbed in this week as well.
