For Sale 1978 FJ40 In Baltimore, Maryland

Asking $4,000 for a 1978 FJ 40 Red with a white top.
New tires, rotors, pads, transmission, transfer case, master cylinder, Front Shocks, battery......many more items.
Has been re-painted. Runs good, but could use some work.

The attached photo was taken about 3 years ago just after re-paint.

... I think haterasisland and me wrote to him within an hour or so of the post and I still haven't heard back. Although I can't figure what the angle is.

I'm not familiar with Maryland but the pic looks more like West coast than East coast.

I was just down in Baltimore two weeks ago to pick up a vintage tool box I basically stole (for lack of a better word) off of a guy on craigslist. I go to the area at least a few times a year to hang out in the Inner Harbor. Also like Fells Point for the bars and restaurants.

ANYWAY, the landscape is very similar in the area. I couldn't say west coast over east coast purely by the pic.

You must not use craigslist often. It's full of con artists trying to con people out of their $$$ or just make up some BS story. Up there with death and taxes.

No scam - I just know its not worth what you think it is. Yes, has some rust in the usual spots etc...., but its a daily driver and will be a nice ride for someone.
