Awesome work! What's the purpose of the black panel towards the back of the speaker pod?

Will definitely use it as inspiration... love how it doesn't look out of place

The black panel is there for cosmetic reasons only. I had planned on milling a Toyota logo in it, but haven't gotten around to it. Thanks for the compliments
