Post this over in classifieds.

Curious was this in the family for while and wife's parents handing down? Or was this something they just bought and didn't want? At some point my 68 that I've owned for almost forty six years will go to my son. Probably after I die because I know he will just see it as something he could sell or just drive it into the ground. Which is the only reason he hasn't got it. Have other FJ40s but the 68 has more meaning to me because it was my first.

it's tough as the next gen don't see stuff the same way we do.
as a present it is yours to do as you wish, is this the intention of the parents?
sounds like it has been in the family for a long time.

Are you questioning what this guy is doing with a car he owns? On a car site?
