Currently rebuilding my 12h-t and had my camshaft inspected by a machine shop. They did mention pitting. But said it’s probably no concern. Just looking for opinions. Should I get a second opinion? Also thought about just buying a refurbished one.

Just send it to a shop that deals with cams. They will fix that right up and
Shouldn’t be that much. My 13bt had 485,000kms.

I rebuilt my 13bt a few years ago and the cam is NLA much like the 12ht.
