12ht done roughly 400Kms. Pulled apart for a rebuild.
All the piston rings were out of spec.
Most of the lobes has these pittings as shown and has this weird curve of un-polised rough surface.
All the lifters has no damage but has this distinct cracking texture to the polish surface.
What should I replace here or should I leave it be?

Consensus on this thread was to replace, and the example looks less damaged than yours:

That’s mine and I’d give it to whoever wanted it and paid for shipping.

I'm already having the pistons, rings, all the bearings replaced. Got the head recoed and new injectors.
I've done a bit of research and seems like some guys are happy with pittings in their cam lobes too, but I'm still pretty skeptic of that because usually when you see pitting anywhere in the engine you do replace.

Considering all the parts I'm replacing and how deep inside I've gone in the bottom end, I might as well do something about the cammies if its worth doing.
However if its gonna last as long as all the other parts I wont dare touch it, which I hope I don't need to. What are you thoughts?

You're going to need to take the camshaft out to look at the bearings, so you can do it correctly and measure the lobe height if you're not worried about the pitting.

I'd replace cam and lifters, especially when you're this far in
