Curious if anyone has a detailed 3d CAD file of the 100 series, specifically front and rear bumper areas. I want to design and build my own rear bumper and have access to waterjet and laser facilities.

So, who's got the files?
If none are available i'll go the tried and true cardboard patterns path then convert my parts to CAD for cutting operations.

Thanks.

I have a model that will work, currently in fusion360 and scaled correctly. I can get it over to you tonight, if you don't hear from me, just remind me.

Hey thanks. I downloaded the .dwg file that @LandCruiserPhil had on his Drive and left it converting to 3D at work last night. I'm not in today so i'll check it tomorrow and see how it did. Lots of planes to convert to sketches in that model.

Wow, thats a very detailed model. Once in solidworks it generated over 300 unique components in the assembly. Havent dug into it to see how all the mates are but so far so good. I'll try and reupload to google drive as a SWA or STP file so it is more accessible to others.

Yup, I ended up removing most of the parts, I really only need the body when I was using it and I the extra stuff really slowed my system down. I had some odd issues with the mate, the tires were super problematic and were the first thing I deleted.

When you reupload, could you put a link to the file here? would like to give it a go with a stp file

yeah, and i'm just on 2016, waiting on an update here at work to 2019. I can't even talk to some of my customers right now because we're so far behind. Luckily the step seems pretty solid, just a few broken sketches that dont' really affect the major components.

I'd love to reference that beautiful 3D file too!
Thank you to anyone who can share it.
