    Saloon Door latch pin kits

After struggling to find Saloon Door latch pins for 40 series in good shape for a project it was suggested that I make my own. Here’s what I ended up putting together. In kit form, I upsized the threaded pin to 6mm for more strength from bending at its connecting point like the factory version...

FSM - Knock Sensor PIN Number Connector

I need to measure continuity from my knock sensor to the ECU connector. The FSM says F14 and F16, but no diagram for what F is. I see A, B, C, D, I, and H ECU connectors. Anyone have any idea where/what F is? FWIW, this is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time the FSMs have been wrong.

    Pin Striping - FJ40

Really think my FJ40 could benefit from some pin striping and like what @Fast Eddy did on his FJ40. Was wondering if anyone has done this recently and who are you using to do the work? Any "best" types of striping to apply? What art work do I supply or is it a conversation with the...

De-pinning front camera connector for ARB camera relo kit

I've done this once but don't remember how I did it. I'm pretty sure there is a thread here that explains how or maybe someone answered this quastion the first time I did this. I don't see any pin locking mechanism on the OEM connector. I think it is just a matter of pulling the pins out by...

Was going to replace the clutch master cylinder on my '83 FJ60, and got about 3 minutes into it before getting stuck. The clutch pedal pin won't come out of the pedal. It's not rusted, it's not frozen, everything very clean, I can actually turn it in place with almost no resistance. But, it...

    OEM Toyota 4-pin relay reliable?

Toyota 4-Pin Multi Use Relay 12V 22A 90987-02004 how reliable are these compared to the generic 30/40A relays? I'm thinking I do not need the 30/40A bosch style relay as I'm only drawing a small electric fuel pump 4-6PSI to transfer from my aux tank to my main tank and I was thinking it would...

UCA cotter pin broke, now castle nut stripped and can’t remove. Ideas?

I snapped an axle down here in Baja … good news is I have a spare. Bad news is that when I was taking the cotter pin out of the castle nut on the upper control arm ball joint, the pin broke. I got most of the pin out, and being a complete idiot, I am, I thought I could just take the castle nut...
