Toyota 4-Pin Multi Use Relay 12V 22A 90987-02004

how reliable are these compared to the generic 30/40A relays?

I'm thinking I do not need the 30/40A bosch style relay as I'm only drawing a small electric fuel pump 4-6PSI to transfer from my aux tank to my main tank and I was thinking it would be nice to use the empty slots in my fuse box and relay box. instead of having the bosch relays wired and zip tied outta the way it would be nice to have everything for that factory look and function.

More than likely, all the ones currently in your fuse box etc are original.

So, maybe don't trust them

I like the idea of making use of empty slots in the factory fuse box

I’ve got all new relays. And keeping the old ones as emergency spares

The kick panel that holds the relays I was able to add 1 to a slot not used. But I also have another relay box from a gas model. And to the side you can actually clip it off and atached so I have an additional 2 more relays now. So 3 new relay slots to use up.

You can see the parts that can be clipped of and reattached. Kinda cool modular design.
