After struggling to find Saloon Door latch pins for 40 series in good shape for a project it was suggested that I make my own. Here’s what I ended up putting together. In kit form, I upsized the threaded pin to 6mm for more strength from bending at its connecting point like the factory version tends to do. If you only need the machined pin, I did make a small batch with the factory 5mm thread pattern. These are shipped raw steel ready for your finish.
