Front axle is coiled up. 11" of travel on the Dobinson IMS shocks.

I pushed the axle forward about 5/8" to help with the 35s clearance.

Should ge tthe drivetrain set in the next week to 10 days and then the fun will begin on another LS3 swap.

Hi, with the 80 axle and those wheels, do you know if 35 x 12.5 tires be to wide / stick out much?

I have a 62 on an 80 chassis with the 17" fifteen52 analog wheels, I have 35x12.5 tires. Stance looks good but I definitely kick up mud all over the body with the factory mudflaps

Seats and console pulled.

Will be replacing with Scheel Mann Vario aseats and restoring the console.

Removing the latch system off the 4+ rear bumper and replacing the bronze bushings so the customer can use the swing outs easily. Arms were froze up and took almost 2 hour to remove.

This is becoming one of my Customs customers #1 request if they have a 4+ rear bumper; if they don't ask for a replacement rear bumper.

Sliders complete and all off to the powder coater.

A little interior cosmetic work.

Dash repair, SEM texture and paint for all.

Dash, Tuffy console and TT extension, TT steel B-pillar covers, TT aluminum AC bezel

Have ScheelMann fabric on the shelf so match the Tuffy armrest with the brown fabric.

Initial assembly on the interior Items begins.

I personally love the color flow of the console, console extension and aluminum AC bezel to dash; all being the same color and texture.

I hate the off colored AC bezels Toyota used. So I CHANGE IT EVERY CHANCE I GET!!

Getting the wiring for the in tank pump and floatless sender squared away and ready to fire this beast up and double checking all rear suspension components, brake lines an E-brake.

Just an FYI, we never tighten suspension parts on the lift/off the ground. We always make adjustments to arms and bars with full weight on the ground.

Amazing work. Are those tanks only for "in shop" trucks? I'm going to be in the market for a new tank soon.

These are coil conversion rear tanks. Not as deep front to rear but still hold 40 gallons and will work with leaf or coil rear suspensions.
