Mine was dirty but not that dirty.
However I feel that between a few tabs being less than tight and the seal being hard as a rock, that was my leak.

Cleaned. Fipg on the seal. I'll let it sit over night and test it tomorrow

Ha! It's the only one that works the way it's supposed to. The passenger front is very slow and needs assistance on cold days, back passenger falls off track if rolled down more than half way, and I can't remember the last time the driver rear was rolled down...

I have no idea.

I know a few different versions exist based on reading here.

Had some pretty serious cracks that had developed in the original windshield. I had a new windshield installed yesterday.

Refreshing more broken connections on my 94 harness. All the fuel injector clips have been replaced and am working on the 3 throttle body connections. Ballenger sells the clips for everything I have needed. I highly suggest buying the pigtail version and just solder splicing them in. Depining the old clips was a waste of time. On the back of each connector body is a 5 digit number that corresponds to the correct sumitomo style connector.

If a window is slower as it gets colder, thats more a symptom of requiring fresh grease in the motor rather than a rubber track problem, eh?

Looks like a big pipe on it still...my buddy does have one of the Harley Livewire models...he used to ride crotch rockets and loves the electric. It runs out of top end around 100, but torque on takeoff is nuts as you can imagine.
