ARB bumper install (1 Viewer)

Question for the group. I’m installing an ARB Deluxe Bull Bar on my 2003 100 Series and am a little stuck on how it mounts to the winch assembly. Is the bumper supposed to rest on top of the metal lip shown in the attached? Also, I presume the mount points (where I have already preset the M14 bolts) attaches where the last pic shows three openings? The instructions are worthless from the packaging.

I don't recall it attaching to the winch mount at all, it surrounded it. the mount points were just on frame.
