This was the first go. Will need to play some more.

Looks like decrease pinion depth to me, but would love any other thoughts

Hell no I wouldn't run that, decrease pinion shims by .010" , set backlash and see what it looks like. And yes, I always build with a crush sleeve eliminator whenever it's available....

I'd say it's a bit deep but I haven't done a gear swap on a 100.

After making some adjustments last go around and thinking I was set…the diff started to whine under load.


Pulled her apart and been messing with pinion depth this afternoon. Currently at the last gear pattern with 1.27mm of shim.

Any feedback?
