I own and operate a shipping company and we recently moved over 1000 brand new Land Cruisers for the govt. One of the vehicles was damaged while on the car carrier and now has no roof. We purchased it and had plans to make it a trail rig however with a baby on the way, things change quickly! Everything on the vehicle works. Because we can not sell the vehicle as a whole, we will be parting out the vehicle so if there is something you want, please let us know. Engine only has 30 miles on it and is the 4.2 straight 6 Diesel with an aftermarket turbo charger and intercooler and block heater. It has a ton of torque and power. Solid axles front and rear, low range transfer case and many others! Please get in touch with me for details.

Just out of curiosity, would that engine possibly work in a 05 4Runner that is currently running a V8? If so would I be able to use my transfer case, tranny, etc? or would I need that too? Thanks!

I doubt it would fix especially on the height because of how tall the 1HZ engine is.

You hit the nail on the head Jeff. If the guy owns the shipping company then his insurance would have paid for this vehicle. It was obviously a total loss. He probably bought it back from the insurance co. for pennies on the dollar. Now he's looking to make some money on it. from his few posts and ebay ad obviously doesn't no much about cruisers
